If you take away one thing from this article it is that you shouldn’t wait until you feel thirsty to start hydrating. This is because by the time your body is telling you to drink water – you are already dehydrated. Some tell tale signs to alert you if you’re thirsty are dizziness, fatigue, dry skin, and dark-colored urine. A great habit to get into is sipping water periodically throughout the day. Being constantly hydrated is much better than drinking a lot of water in one sitting.
