Water Delivery Service: Local vs National (Part 1)
As a smaller, local water delivery company Waterfy Me is often forced to compete with larger national contenders. You know some of the names like Ready Refresh or Crystal Springs. These competitors often have deeper pockets and more brand awareness, but are they better for the consumer? NO.
Let’s start with what’s extremely important to Waterfy Me – Customer Service. To us the business model is easy, a happy customer makes our business happy. In turn, they also often lead to additional customers from word of mouth – one of the best marketing tools. That’s why Waterfy Me focuses on you, the customer. If you need to adjust an order, change a delivery date, or use a different payment method – we’ll be there to make sure it happens.
National brands are just not as hands on. Obviously, they are larger and don’t have the time to add the personal touch that is often needed in dealing with a customer or having to schedule a delivery. Why would you want to deal with that? Take a look here at a few Facebook posts we found on Ready Refresh:
The angry emoticon. If you’re going to use it, you better mean it. Not a good sign of strong customer service.
Here are two upset customers. “A total ripoff” and “Prices are ridiculous” aren’t the comments you want to hear. We’ve never had anything posted like that here at Waterfy Me and we plan on keeping it that way.
Here are just a few more unhappy customers.
At Waterfy Me we are 5-star rated by Google reviews. Our commitment to you is simple, provide the best water combined with the best customer service.
On top of all of that, we do it at the outstanding prices. In Part 2 of our Local vs. National blog, we’ll look at pricing and show you another reason you should give Waterfy Me a call.
